No shipping is required, and no physical items will be mailed.

Because digital files are delivered instantly, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, which is standard for digital products.

Personal Use Rights

You may use the files for personal projects, gifts, home decor, DIY crafts, and personal creative use.

You may modify the design for personal use as needed.
Personal use cannot involve selling or distributing the digital file.

Commercial / POD Use Rights

You may use the designs to create physical end products such as:

• Stickers
• Cards
• Ornaments
• Wall art
• Print-on-demand products

These items may be sold on:

• Etsy
• Shopify
• Redbubble
• Amazon Merch
• Printify / Printful
• Craft fairs
• Local shops

What You May NOT Do

• You may NOT resell, share, or distribute the digital file itself.
• You may NOT give away the design as a freebie.
• You may NOT claim the artwork as your own.
• You may NOT sell the graphic as part of another digital product.
• You may NOT use the designs in any AI dataset, training set, or model input source.

Prohibited Use

You may not upload the original digital design to:

• Print-on-demand marketplaces as a standalone file
• Any digital platform for resale
• Stock photo websites
• Digital design bundles
• Free download websites

You also may not modify the design and claim ownership over the original artwork.
All artwork remains the intellectual property of StormToStudio.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, text, branding, and digital products on StormToStudio are owned by StormToStudio and protected by copyright laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the design.
Buyers receive a license granting permission to use the file in approved ways.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through:

• Stripe

We do not collect or store your credit card details.
All transaction data is protected under PayPal and Stripe’s security standards.
You agree to provide accurate billing details and complete payments before receiving digital files.

Digital Delivery

After successful payment, download links are provided immediately.
If your files are not available after purchase, you may contact us at [email protected] for support.
It is your responsibility to download and back up your files.
StormToStudio is not responsible for lost files after download access has been provided.

Refund Policy

Because products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final.
Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not offered for digital products.
If you accidentally purchase a duplicate file, contact us for assistance.
If a file is corrupted or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
